Pretty Woman hopes you will be thrilled and delighted with your purchase, however should they fail to meet your expectations you may return the item to us for a full refund (less postage and packaging costs) within 14 days of receipt of goods. Any returns made will be at the your own cost and we recommend obtaining proof of posting.
We do not accept returns of briefs or shapewear due to the intimate nature of these products and for hygiene reasons.
We will only accept returns where the garment has been unworn, with all labels intact and in original packaging. Any garments which show signs of wear will not be refunded.
We will make one exchange with no extra postage costs.
